About

This programme will be focusing on helping you out to overcome any struggles with food. Also to dig deeper in eating behaviours, why they happen, how often they happen, what are the triggers that cause overeating or negative emotions around food etc. and for me to guide you and reassure you with evidence based information and strategies how to overcome those behaviours and negative emotions.

Support is very important as we all face struggles with changing our way of how we see food and I am more than aware that people who struggle need support and I am more than ready to offer fully my knowledge, understanding and support for all my clients.
You can contact me via Email or Whatsapp any time between Monday - Friday 9.00am-5pm.

This programme is for people who have bad food relationship, who struggle to eat and feel relaxed around food, who are scared of eating because of weight gain or weight loss and who would like to improve their food relationship and who need support and guidance to improve body image, eating habits and to find freedom of being around food.

Is This a Diet?

This is not a diet or a meal plan.
This programme is designed as a habit and behaviour change around food and it requires time and daily work and support to go through difficult phases.

How It Works? Continues....
Week 1 - Week 4

How this programme will work over 12 weeks: Week 1 - initial consultation (60-90min) where we would go into great detail about your eating habits and previous experiences and also establishing your goals for not just 12 weeks, but even beyond. Week 2 - week 4 30min weekly check in’s by phone + Monday - Friday 9am-5pm email or WhatsApp support (if you struggle you can always contact me in those times). Weekly tasks how to start improving eating behaviours and start recognising triggers and how to overcome it. As progress has to be taken almost at one day at a time, it is important to find comfortable and doable strategies that are not too different from what you are currently doing so you can start noticing changes on a weekly basis on how you feel. In check in’s you will be able to completely offload and talk honestly about food struggles, so that you can freely walk in to new week and keep working on it.

Week 5 - Week 8

30min (if still necessary 1hour) weekly check in’s by phone + Monday - Friday 9am-5pm email or WhatsApp support (if you struggle you can always contact me in those times). In these 4 weeks returning back to food, working on to discover what type of food make you feel good, what foods cause negative emotions and what foods give you comfort. Building better relationship with food, understanding how food consumption works, energy balance and macronutrient importance in a diet. Working on weekly basis to discover what foods you enjoy, getting into mindful eating and still practicing strategies from week 2-4.

Week 9 - Week 12

Weekly check in’s with all the email or WhatsApp support. Advanced strategies - understanding impact of sleep, cycle, hormonal changes that affect appetite, strategies how to suppress hunger, cravings and appetite, how to get towards your goals through habits that you already established in the past 2 months and how to carry on strong with everything you have learned with me and go beyond 12 weeks to feel happy with your eating habits, to get confidence back, to enjoy your favourite foods and to know that it is ok to eat foods you like and that they don’t affect your health, only have psychological impact, but hopefully by this point you will know it all and be confident around food. Results I guarantee is you will start eating food guilt free, you will be aware of your triggers and own strong strategies how to work around it and feel confident to know what is causing overeating, weight gain and negative emotions around food. You will lose weight as a result of all the knowledge as you will start being more happy with food choices, you will be confident to know that food is there to eat and not to poison you. You will have strategies if you have stressed life how to deal with food and overall you will be so much happier when it comes to food choices.
