Give yourself a little more time in our Pilates class for mums and babies. Introducing a range of exercises to regain your core strength, fitness and flexibility, this class is suitable for all mums (post 6 weeks for vaginal deliveries and 10 weeks post c-section).

The perfect environment to talk about improving your general health and wellbeing or simply to moan about the sleepless nights and toddler meltdowns!

And, you can bring your babies with you so you can workout without having to worry about childcare.

When: Tuesdays

Time: 9.30 – 10.15am

Where: Exning Church Hall, Exning, CB8 7HF

Length: 6 Week Block

Cost: £48 – places are limited.

THE NOTES

This is a postnatal class where we will be exercising SAFELY and improving our strength and fitness.

Classes will be in warm, cosy and relaxing studio.

All participants must have GP clearance to join classes (6 week post vaginal delivery and 10 weeks post c-section).

You will need to bring bottle of water - however mats are available in the gym.

The class will be in a studio that’s child-friendly, however I advise bringing some sort of entertainment as no toys will be provided at this class.

NB: All block places must be booked in advance and no refunds will be available for missed sessions.
