This is a postnatal class where we will be exercising SAFELY and improving our strength and fitness.
Classes will be in warm, cosy and relaxing studio.
All participants must have GP clearance to join classes (6 week post vaginal delivery and 10 weeks post c-section).
You will need to bring bottle of water - however mats are available in the gym.
The class will be in a studio that’s child-friendly, however I advise bringing some sort of entertainment as no toys will be provided at this class.
