Personal training can help you in so many areas of your life. From feeling better, looking great and finding an untapped storage of energy you never knew you had. Training with direction puts the fun back into the fitness.

Having trained with many women around Cambridgeshire and Suffolk over the past 7 years, I love my 1-2-1 training programmes. I am a mum of 2 kids, so I know what a busy life is and how difficult it is to get your fitness and body back, but it is possible. Very possible.

Bronze Package: One Off Consultation

An initial consultation to assess your current fitness levels, trial my personal training styles. Available once per customer.

Cost: £30

Silver Package: 3 Month Programme

Includes a weekly 1-2-1 session, personalised training programme to complete in between sessions, weekly weigh-in and email check-in to track the progress.

Cost: £600 (3 x £200 monthly payments by standing order)

Gold Package 3 Month Programme

Includes 1 hour nutrition consultation with a written report of nutritional strategies that work for you. A 1 hour initial consultation where we will set goals, dig deeper into why it is important for you to change, check your current fitness level and training preferences. A 15 min weekly check-in via phone call, skype, facetime or following 1-2-1 session and 4 x 1-2-1 sessions per month in The Edge Gym at Bedford Lodge, Newmarket.

Cost: £1080 (3 x £360 monthly payments by standing order)
