THE NOTESThis is a postnatal class where we will be exercising SAFELY and improving our strength and fitness. Suitable for mum who have finished post-birth recovery Not suitable for new mums and mums with diastasis, pelvic floor organ damage, injuries that require a specific training approach Classes will be in warm, cosy and relaxing studio. You will need to bring bottle of water and mat The class will be in a studio that’s child-friendly and toys are provided for kiddies to play

Adrijana works the class so hard and has this amazing energy every week! Which rubs off on me and at the end of the session I feel great, and I’m getting my bum and tum back thank goodness! She always corrects me and doesn’t let me get away with a thing which is what I need! Love the concept of this class and it was just what I was looking for!!
