How Will The Programme Work?

12 Live Happy Mama Project

12 x 1 hour sessions (45 min workout + 15 min consultation / taking measurements) at The Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, on Wednesday at 8pm. These will also be shown live so you can follow from home if you can't make the class.

A brochure that will be given to you, so you can track your progress on Happy Mama Project specific brochure + tape measure

Up to 90 Recipes that will all be modified in calories, so you don’t have to track calories, but still aim to hit your calorie deficit as that is what is giving you weight loss
